What started as a small online shop has grown into a collection of illustrated cards, created for the little and big moments in life. From a card to celebrate a new arrival, to a simple note to someone you love — each design is made to add something personal to a moment worth remembering.

My love for drawing started long before inkylines. After studying Communication & Multimedia Design and working as a freelance web designer, I realised I was missing something. I wanted to create, draw more, and build something of my own. So I followed that feeling and started inkylines.

The name comes from the way I started drawing: with black fineliners and lots of lines. One of my very first illustrations was a black-and-white robin, which still has a special place within the collection today.

Over the years, inkylines has grown from those first black-and-white drawings into a colourful world of birds, animals, flowers and other small things that inspire me. I began exploring different ideas and products, from birthday calendars, bags, stickers and handmade card holders to frames for displaying your favourite cards. Some products and illustrations became lasting favourites, while others were only part of the collection for a while.

I love creating sweet and timeless illustrations that make you smile. Animals & birds are a big part of my work, often with a cute and playful touch, but I also love creating illustrations for life’s more meaningful moments, from welcoming a new baby to saying goodbye. I hope my illustrations bring a little warmth and joy, and stay with you for a long time.

Today, you can find inkylines cards in more than 100 shops across Europe and beyond. Along the way, I’ve created hundreds of original illustrations, each with its own little story.
