The processing and delivery time is 3 working days. As soon as the order has been sent, you will receive an email with track & trace code. Due to busy times at PostNL, it is possible that your order will be delivered later than indicated.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the country and size. The costs are calculated in the shopping cart. Free shipping in the Netherlands for orders over € 50 and international orders over € 100.

What is the delivery time?

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (if payment is received). After shipment you'll receive an email with track & trace details so you can trace the parcel yourself.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay your order via:

  • iDeal
  • PayPal
  • Creditcard
  • Bancontact / Mister Cash
  • or bank transfer

For these payment methods no additional fee will be charged. All payments are made within a secure payment environment. The traffic around payments between Mollie (the checkout) and the website also takes place in a secure manner.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the delivery time is a few days longer. When payment is received the order will be sent.


When for any reason you’re not totally happy with your purchase you can return the item unused and in original packaging within 14 days after delivery. I've missed my delivery

You will receive a notification if the delivery after the first attempt at the shipping address wasn't successful. Your parcel will then be delivered at your nearest PostNL-location. This location in most countries will hold on to your parcel for one week. If you don't pick up your package in due time, it will be sent back. To cover the costs you will be charged for the delivery costs.

Who makes the products?

All prints are made from original and hand-drawn illustrations by Anouk Corver. For more information, go to the about inkylines page. The illustrations and photos of inkylines are protected by copyright, image rights and are the property of inkylines.

How are the products and my order packed?

The card sets are packed in a plastic case with wrapper. The A4 posters are packed in a plastic sleeve with cardboard and information sheet behind the illustration. The products are delivered without frame, passe-partout and envelope.

I don't take on custom work at the moment.

What is a pre-order?

If the product has the text pre-order or available soon, it means that the item is not (yet) in stock. It is a pre-order for a newly announced product.

If you order a product in advance, this not only means that you get a beautiful print, but you also help a small company! It gives me the space, the resources andthe time to create more work!
